Very Small Feelings

July 4 @ 10:30 am - August 23 @ 6:30 pm

The Kiran Nadar Museum of Art in collaboration with the Samdani Art Foundation, Dhaka is organising the exhibition ‘Very Small Feelings’, the fourth exhibition in the multi-part, long-term programme, part of the ‘Young Artists of Our Times’ series.

The exhibition promises to captivate audiences with its diverse range of 42 projects. From new commissions to historical works, performances, books, personal and institutional archives, artist’s creative prompts turned into installations, and various kinds of landscapes, VSF seeks to delve into the depths of our eternal inner child and forge a strong connection with it.

At its core, VSF is conceived as a captivating ‘spread’ that serves as a platform for intergenerational conversations and entanglements. By exploring stories, rituals, characters, memories, and actions, the exhibition invites visitors to immerse themselves in a conceptual space where youth is not confined by age, but rather viewed as a realm of boundless possibilities. Known and forgotten tales, popular characters, cartoons, and narratives deeply embedded in one’s consciousness come to life, providing a rich tapestry for contemplation and dialogue.
